　　XP305 roller maintenance precautions

　　一、日保養(yǎng)（工作10小時(shí)）

　　1、 Daily maintenance (working for 10 hours)

　　1. 調(diào)節(jié)刮泥板：調(diào)節(jié)刮板與輪胎之間的距離 2 至 3mm。

　　1. Adjust the scraper: Adjust the distance between the scraper and the tire to 2 to 3mm.

　　2. 檢查制動(dòng)液液位：檢查兩個(gè)加力泵油杯制動(dòng)液油位應(yīng)在高、低刻度之間；如果油位在低刻度之下，需及時(shí)補(bǔ)充制動(dòng)液。查看前、后輪制動(dòng)器和制動(dòng)油管有無滲漏制動(dòng)液現(xiàn)象。

　　2. Check the brake fluid level: Check that the brake fluid level in the two booster pump oil cups is between the high and low marks; If the oil level is below the low mark, it is necessary to replenish the brake fluid in a timely manner. Check whether there is any leakage of brake fluid in the front and rear wheel brakes and brake oil pipes.

　　注意：在添加和更換制動(dòng)液時(shí)必須使用推薦的相同牌號(hào)的制動(dòng)液，為避免制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)失效，千萬不要混合其他油液。

　　Attention: When adding and replacing brake fluid, it is necessary to use the recommended same brand of brake fluid. To avoid brake system failure, do not mix other fluids.

　　3. 檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油油位：

　　3. Check the engine oil level:

　　每日發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)前，用油標(biāo)尺檢查油面高度，油面應(yīng)在油尺上下刻度之間，若油面接近最下刻度線時(shí)，需補(bǔ)加機(jī)油。

　　Before starting the engine daily, check the oil level with a dipstick. The oil level should be between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick. If the oil level is close to the lowest mark, add more oil.

　　4. 檢查液壓油油位：

　　4. Check the hydraulic oil level:

　　通過液位計(jì)檢查液壓油位，油面須保持在液位計(jì)中間刻度以上。如果液位過低，旋開液壓油加注口的蓋子，補(bǔ)加液壓油。

　　Check the hydraulic oil level through a level gauge, and the oil level must be kept above the middle scale of the level gauge. If the liquid level is too low, unscrew the cover of the hydraulic oil filling port and add hydraulic oil.

　　注意：不同牌號(hào)的液壓油決不能混用。

　　Attention: Different grades of hydraulic oil must not be mixed.

　　5.檢查燃油油位：

　　5. Check the fuel level:

　　通過燃油表檢查燃油箱的油位，根據(jù)需要向燃油箱添加燃油。

　　Check the fuel level in the fuel tank through the fuel gauge and add fuel to the tank as needed.

　　注意：加油前，將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火，將加油槍嘴緊靠油箱加油管頸，防止產(chǎn)生電火花，禁止吸煙，嚴(yán)禁明火。冬季及時(shí)使用冬季柴油，這樣不會(huì)由于石蠟沉淀而出現(xiàn)稠化。

　　Attention: Before refueling, turn off the engine and place the fuel nozzle close to the neck of the fuel tank to prevent electric sparks. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited. Use winter diesel in a timely manner during winter to prevent thickening caused by paraffin precipitation.

　　6. 檢查前后輪裝置：檢查輪胎的氣壓是否正常、胎面有無損壞。檢查輪胎座內(nèi)的軸承、油封是否正常。

　　6. Check the front and rear wheel devices: Check whether the tire pressure is normal and whether the tread is damaged. Check if the bearings and oil seals inside the tire seat are normal.

　　7.檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液的液位：

　　7. Check the engine coolant level:

　　通過發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)副水箱檢查是否缺少冷卻液.如果冷卻液缺少，添加冷卻液。必須使用相同牌號(hào)的冷卻液，加注后旋緊加注口。

　　Check for a lack of coolant through the engine's auxiliary water tank If the coolant is lacking, add coolant. The same grade of coolant must be used, and the filling port must be tightened after filling.

　　8.空氣濾清器的儲(chǔ)塵器放塵操作：

　　只需用手捏儲(chǔ)塵器，其唇口張開即可放掉塵土。

　　Simply pinch the dust collector with your hand and open its lips to release the dust.

　　9.根據(jù)需要向?yàn)⑺涮砑忧逅?/p>

　　9. Add clean water to the sprinkler tank as needed:

　　查看水位視窗的顯示，根據(jù)需要向水箱內(nèi)加入清水。

　　Check the display of the water level window and add clean water to the water tank as needed.

　　打開灑水箱注水口蓋，檢查注水口內(nèi)是否有過濾袋，加水時(shí)必須使用過濾袋，加水后擰緊灑水箱注水口蓋。

　　Open the water injection port cover of the sprinkler tank and check if there is a filter bag inside the water injection port. The filter bag must be used when adding water, and tighten the water injection port cover of the sprinkler tank after adding water.

　　二、周保養(yǎng)（工作50小時(shí)）

　　2、 Weekly maintenance (working 50 hours)

　　1. 檢查、清理空氣濾清器主濾芯：

　　1. Check and clean the main filter element of the air filter:

　　發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，如空氣濾清器上的壓差報(bào)警器顯示紅色時(shí)需要清理空氣濾清器的主濾芯，清洗六次后需更換濾芯；

　　When the engine is running at high speed, if the differential pressure alarm on the air filter displays red, the main filter element of the air filter needs to be cleaned. After cleaning six times, the filter element needs to be replaced;

　　松開空濾蓋上的卡環(huán)，取下空濾蓋，抽出主濾芯，檢查主濾芯內(nèi)部是否有灰塵，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有灰塵，則需要進(jìn)行清潔，檢查完畢后，用干凈的棉布清潔空濾器殼體內(nèi)壁、空濾蓋內(nèi)壁和旋流片，重新裝回主濾芯和旋流片，蓋好空濾蓋，整個(gè)清理過程中，安全濾芯不可以被取下。

　　Release the snap ring on the air filter cover, remove the air filter cover, extract the main filter element, and check if there is dust inside the main filter element. If dust is found, it needs to be cleaned. After inspection, clean the inner wall of the air filter housing, the inner wall of the air filter cover, and the swirl plate with a clean cotton cloth. Reinstall the main filter element and swirl plate, cover the air filter cover, and do not remove the safety filter element during the entire cleaning process.

　　清洗六次后需更換主濾芯；每更換三次主濾芯時(shí)應(yīng)更換一次安全濾芯。

　　After cleaning six times, the main filter element needs to be replaced; The safety filter should be replaced every three times the main filter is replaced.

　　2. 檢查并保養(yǎng)蓄電池：

　　2. Check and maintain the battery:

　　打開電瓶維修孔門，檢查蓄電池外表面是否有損傷。確保無酸液溢出，無裂紋，無磕碰，無污物；通過蓄電池上方的觀察孔可以了解蓄電池的狀態(tài)，觀察孔內(nèi)顯示：

　　Open the battery repair hole door and check if there is any damage to the outer surface of the battery. Ensure that there is no acid overflow, no cracks, no bumps, and no dirt; The status of the battery can be understood through the observation hole above it, and the display inside the observation hole is:

　　綠色——狀態(tài)良好     黑色——需要充電  白色——更換電池

　　Green - In good condition Black - Requires charging White - Replace battery

　　3. 潤滑轉(zhuǎn)向油缸鉸接點(diǎn)：

　　3. Lubricate the hinge point of the steering cylinder:

　　左右轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向盤，暴露出油杯，擦拭干凈油杯周圍，通過黃油槍，分別向轉(zhuǎn)向油缸的4個(gè)油杯各加注約5個(gè)行程（或根據(jù)黃油溢出判斷加滿）的黃油。讓少量黃油留在黃油嘴上，以防灰塵進(jìn)入。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)向油缸出現(xiàn)內(nèi)外滲漏現(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)檢查并更換油缸密封件。

　　Turn the steering wheel left and right to expose the oil cup, wipe the area around the oil cup clean, and use a grease gun to fill each of the four oil cups in the steering cylinder with about 5 strokes of grease (or determine the full amount based on grease overflow). Leave a small amount of butter on the butter nipple to prevent dust from entering. When there is internal and external leakage in the steering cylinder, the cylinder seal should be checked and replaced.

　　4. 潤滑回轉(zhuǎn)支承、搖擺架及前后輪各軸承：

　　4. Lubricate the bearings of the slewing support, swing frame, and front and rear wheels:

　　擦拭干凈油杯周圍，通過黃油槍，分別向各個(gè)油杯各加注約5個(gè)行程（或根據(jù)黃油溢出判斷加滿）的黃油，讓少量黃油留在黃油嘴上，以防灰塵進(jìn)入。

　　Wipe the area around the oil cup clean, and use a butter gun to fill each cup with about 5 strokes of butter (or fill it up according to the overflow of butter), leaving a small amount of butter on the butter nozzle to prevent dust from entering.

　　5.  潤滑鏈條：

　　5. Lubrication chain:

　　拆下鏈條罩；用軟毛刷蘸取潤滑油涂于鏈條表面，前后移動(dòng)壓路機(jī)再次涂抹。

　　Remove the chain cover; Dip a soft bristled brush into lubricating oil and apply it to the surface of the chain. Move the roller back and forth to apply it again.

　　6. 檢測(cè)輪胎氣壓：

　　6. Check tire pressure:

　　用輪胎氣壓表檢測(cè)輪胎氣壓，輪胎氣壓正常工作范圍為600～650千帕，也可根據(jù)施工工藝調(diào)整。

　　Use a tire pressure gauge to check the tire pressure. The normal working range of tire pressure is 600-650 kPa, which can also be adjusted according to the construction process.

　　三、月保養(yǎng)（工作250小時(shí)）

　　3、 Monthly maintenance (250 hours of operation)

　　1. 更換發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油與機(jī)油濾芯：

　　1. Change engine oil and oil filter:

　　運(yùn)行發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)直至水溫達(dá)到60°C關(guān)閉發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油放油口下方的地面上放一個(gè)容量不小于20升廢油盆，擰下加油口蓋，擰下放油管螺塞，讓熱機(jī)油流出。

　　Run the engine until the water temperature reaches 60 ° C and turn off the engine. Place a waste oil basin with a capacity of not less than 20 liters on the ground below the engine oil drain port, unscrew the fuel cap, unscrew the drain pipe plug, and allow the hot oil to flow out.

　　同時(shí)更換機(jī)油濾清器，用皮帶扳手?jǐn)Q下機(jī)油濾清器濾芯，擦洗濾清座的密封面，將舊機(jī)油濾清器密封圈的殘留物清除干凈。安裝機(jī)油濾清器前，用清潔潤滑油注入濾清器內(nèi)，將新的密封圈輕輕的涂上一層油膜，用手?jǐn)Q上新的濾清器濾芯，擰至密封圈貼合后再擰半圈，將油塞擦凈，重新擰上。加潤滑油約12升，用油尺檢查油位油面應(yīng)在油尺的上下刻度線之間，擰上加油口蓋，起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)暖機(jī)，檢查有無漏油。

　　Simultaneously replace the oil filter, use a belt wrench to unscrew the oil filter element, clean the sealing surface of the filter seat, and remove any residue from the old oil filter sealing ring. Before installing the oil filter, inject clean lubricating oil into the filter, gently apply a layer of oil film on the new sealing ring, screw on the new filter element by hand, screw it until the sealing ring fits, then screw it half a turn, wipe off the oil plug, and screw it back on. Add about 12 liters of lubricating oil, use a dipstick to check the oil level. The oil level should be between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick. Screw on the oil filler cap, start the engine to warm up, and check for any oil leaks.

　　2. 檢查驅(qū)動(dòng)車橋油位：

　　2. Check the oil level of the drive axle:

　　將壓路機(jī)停放在水平路面上，按下駐車制動(dòng)按鈕、關(guān)閉發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。先擦凈并擰下驅(qū)動(dòng)橋油位螺塞，若油位未達(dá)油位螺塞孔的下邊緣，應(yīng)從橋殼頂部的加油口加油至油位孔溢油為止，也可以從油位螺塞加油，將螺塞上的金屬顆粒清除干凈，擰上油位螺塞，行車2分鐘，停車10分鐘后再次檢查油位，油液不足時(shí)適當(dāng)添加。

　　Park the road roller on a level surface, press the parking brake button, and turn off the engine. First, wipe clean and unscrew the drive axle oil level plug. If the oil level does not reach the lower edge of the oil level plug hole, add oil from the oil filling port on the top of the axle housing until the oil level hole overflows. You can also add oil from the oil level plug, remove the metal particles on the plug, screw on the oil level plug, drive for 2 minutes, stop for 10 minutes, and then check the oil level again. If the oil level is insufficient, add it appropriately.

　　3.檢查、清洗散熱器：

　　3. Check and clean the radiator:

　　定期或當(dāng)散熱效果不好時(shí)，檢查散熱器表面是否清潔，必要時(shí)用壓縮空氣清洗散熱器，壓縮空氣最高壓力不得超過500千帕。用蒸汽噴射清洗機(jī)則效果更佳。

　　Regularly or when the heat dissipation effect is poor, check whether the surface of the radiator is clean, and if necessary, clean the radiator with compressed air. The maximum pressure of compressed air should not exceed 500 kPa. Using a steam jet cleaning machine yields better results.

　　4. 檢查進(jìn)氣管：

　　4. Check the intake pipe:

　　檢查進(jìn)氣管是否有裂紋、破損，以及聯(lián)接處是否牢固，必要時(shí)更換進(jìn)氣管或者緊固聯(lián)接部位。

　　Check whether there are cracks or damages in the intake pipe, and whether the connection is firm. If necessary, replace the intake pipe or tighten the connection part.

　　5. 檢查變速箱的油位：

　　5. Check the oil level of the gearbox:

　　將壓路機(jī)停放在水平路面上，按下駐車制動(dòng)按鈕、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)處于怠速狀態(tài)。將駕駛室底板螺栓拆下，掀開蓋板，拔出液力變矩器標(biāo)尺、并擦拭干凈，然后原樣放回。再次拔出液力變矩器標(biāo)尺檢查油位應(yīng)在高、低刻度之間。如果油位接近或在低刻度之下，需及時(shí)添加液力傳動(dòng)油。最好使用經(jīng)20u濾清器過濾的加油車加油。

　　Park the road roller on a level surface, press the parking brake button, and keep the engine idling. Remove the bolts on the bottom plate of the cab, open the cover plate, pull out the hydraulic torque converter ruler, wipe it clean, and then put it back in its original state. Pull out the hydraulic torque converter ruler again and check that the oil level is between the high and low marks. If the oil level is close to or below the low mark, it is necessary to add hydraulic transmission oil in a timely manner. It is best to use a fuel truck that has been filtered through a 20u filter for refueling.

　　四、季度保養(yǎng)（工作500小時(shí)）

　　4、 Quarterly maintenance (500 working hours)

　　1. 更換液壓油濾清器：

　　1. Replace the hydraulic oil filter:

　　液壓油濾清器在液壓油箱內(nèi)，將液壓油箱內(nèi)的液壓油放盡，拆下液壓油箱側(cè)蓋，取下濾清器并扔進(jìn)廢棄箱內(nèi)，將新濾清器裝入后，重新安裝側(cè)蓋，加注液壓油，啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，檢查并確信濾清器油口沒有滲漏，查看液壓油箱油位，油液不足時(shí)適當(dāng)添加。

　　The hydraulic oil filter is located in the hydraulic oil tank. Drain the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank, remove the side cover of the hydraulic oil tank, remove the filter and throw it into the waste box. After installing the new filter, reinstall the side cover, add hydraulic oil, start the engine, check and confirm that there is no leakage from the filter oil port, check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank, and add it appropriately when the oil is insufficient.

　　2. 更換發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃油濾芯

　　2. Replace the engine fuel filter element

　　擰下柴油濾清器、油水分離器（注意有油流出），擦洗干凈密封表面，給新的密封圈輕輕地涂上一層清潔柴油。安裝前用清潔柴油注入濾清器內(nèi)，用手或皮帶板手將新的濾芯擰上，擰至密封圈完全貼合后再加擰半圈，燃油系統(tǒng)排氣，起動(dòng)柴油機(jī)檢查是否滲漏。

　　Unscrew the diesel filter and oil-water separator (pay attention to oil leakage), clean the sealing surface, and gently apply a layer of clean diesel to the new sealing ring. Before installation, inject clean diesel into the filter, screw the new filter element by hand or belt wrench until the sealing ring is completely attached, then add half a turn, exhaust the fuel system, and start the diesel engine to check for leaks.

　　3. 更換灑油濾清器：

　　3. Replace the oil spill filter:

　　整機(jī)灑油使用的油品為植物油等中性油，黏度較大，易堵塞，為保證順利工作，需更換灑油濾清器。

　　The oil used for whole machine oil spraying is neutral oil such as vegetable oil, which has a high viscosity and is prone to clogging. To ensure smooth operation, the oil filter needs to be replaced.

　　五、半年保養(yǎng)（工作1000小時(shí)）

　　5、 Half year maintenance (working 1000 hours)

　　1. 更換驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的潤滑油：

　　1. Replace the lubricating oil of the drive axle:

　　首次使用50小時(shí)需更換驅(qū)動(dòng)車橋潤滑油，以后每1000小時(shí)更換一次。具體更好方法如下：

　　The lubricating oil of the drive axle needs to be replaced after the first 50 hours of use, and then every 1000 hours thereafter. The specific and better methods are as follows:

　　將壓路機(jī)停放在水平路面上，按下駐車制動(dòng)按鈕、關(guān)閉發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。在驅(qū)動(dòng)橋放油軟管口下方放置小桶，擦拭干凈放油塞周圍，先擰下驅(qū)動(dòng)橋上方的加油螺塞，再擰下放油塞，當(dāng)污油排放干凈后，擰緊放油塞；從加油口添加清潔齒輪油，需加注至油位口溢油為止，擰緊各油塞（需更換密封圈）。行車2分鐘，停車10分鐘后再次檢查油位，油液不足時(shí)適當(dāng)添加。

　　Park the road roller on a level surface, press the parking brake button, and turn off the engine. Place a small bucket under the oil drain hose port of the drive axle, wipe clean the area around the oil drain plug, first unscrew the oil filler plug above the drive axle, then unscrew the oil drain plug, and when the dirty oil is completely drained, tighten the oil drain plug; Add clean gear oil from the oil filling port until the oil level overflows, and tighten each oil plug (seal ring needs to be replaced). Drive for 2 minutes, stop for 10 minutes, and then check the oil level again. If the oil level is insufficient, add it appropriately.

　　2.  更換變速箱潤滑油：

　　2. Replace the gearbox lubricating oil:

　　首次使用50小時(shí)需更換變速箱潤滑油，以后每1000小時(shí)更換一次。將壓路機(jī)停放在水平路面上，按下駐車制動(dòng)按鈕、關(guān)閉發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。拔出油尺，在變速箱放油管下方放置小桶，擦拭干凈放油塞周圍，擰下放油塞，當(dāng)污油排放干凈后擰緊放油塞，從加油口添加清潔潤滑油。擰緊油塞（需更換密封圈），使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)2分鐘，用油尺測(cè)量油位，測(cè)量方法參照月保養(yǎng)中要求，油液不足時(shí)適當(dāng)添加。

　　The gearbox lubricating oil needs to be replaced after 50 hours of first use, and every 1000 hours thereafter. Park the road roller on a level surface, press the parking brake button, and turn off the engine. Pull out the dipstick, place a small bucket under the transmission oil drain pipe, wipe clean the area around the drain plug, unscrew the drain plug, and tighten the drain plug when the dirty oil is completely drained. Add clean lubricating oil from the oil filling port. Tighten the oil plug (seal ring needs to be replaced) and let the engine idle for 2 minutes. Measure the oil level with a dipstick according to the requirements of monthly maintenance. Add the oil appropriately when the oil is insufficient.

　　注意：此操作應(yīng)在壓路機(jī)停止工作10小時(shí)以上再進(jìn)行。

　　Attention: This operation should be carried out after the roller has stopped working for more than 10 hours.

　　3. 放出柴油箱、液壓油箱內(nèi)的冷凝水及沉淀物：

　　3. Release condensed water and sediment from the diesel and hydraulic oil tanks:

　　將壓路機(jī)停放在水平路面上，按下駐車制動(dòng)按鈕、關(guān)閉發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。擰下放油塞（下面需放置一個(gè)容積約30升的容器），放出油箱內(nèi)的冷凝水及沉淀物，清除螺塞（磁性）上的臟物，直至有清潔的柴油流出，立即裝上放油塞。

　　Park the road roller on a level surface, press the parking brake button, and turn off the engine. Unscrew the drain plug (a container with a capacity of about 30 liters should be placed below), drain the condensate and sediment from the fuel tank, remove the dirt on the screw plug (magnetic) until clean diesel flows out, and immediately install the drain plug.

　　六、年保養(yǎng)（工作2000小時(shí)）

　　6、 Annual maintenance (2000 hours of operation)

　　1. 更換液壓油：

　　1. Replace hydraulic oil:

　　讓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻下來。將一個(gè)容量不小于40升的容器放在車架液壓油箱下，打開液壓油箱放油螺塞，放盡液壓油箱內(nèi)的液壓油。更換液壓油的同時(shí)更換液壓油濾清器，使用符合要求的液壓油加至油標(biāo)的適當(dāng)位置，蓋上液壓油口的蓋子，檢查是否泄漏。

　　Let the engine cool down. Place a container with a capacity of not less than 40 liters under the hydraulic oil tank of the chassis, open the drain plug of the hydraulic oil tank, and drain all the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank. Replace the hydraulic oil while replacing the hydraulic oil filter. Use hydraulic oil that meets the requirements and add it to the appropriate position on the oil gauge. Cover the hydraulic oil port and check for leaks.

　　注意：應(yīng)在油熱時(shí)放油，要嚴(yán)格保證液壓油的牌號(hào)、質(zhì)量和清潔度，絕對(duì)禁止兩種不同牌號(hào)的液壓油混合使用。

　　Attention: The oil should be drained when it is hot, and the grade, quality, and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil should be strictly guaranteed. It is absolutely forbidden to mix two different grades of hydraulic oil.

　　七、兩年保養(yǎng)（工作4000小時(shí)）

　　7、 Two year maintenance (4000 hours of operation)

　　更換制動(dòng)液：

　　Replace brake fluid:

　　將壓路機(jī)停放在水平路面上，按下駐車制動(dòng)按鈕，在各制動(dòng)器油管接頭下方放置小桶。擦拭干凈油管接頭、制動(dòng)器接頭、空心螺栓周圍，擰下制動(dòng)油管、空心螺栓，取下制動(dòng)器接頭，擰下制動(dòng)器放氣嘴，讓制動(dòng)液全部流出，清洗制動(dòng)分泵油口。

　　Park the roller on a level road surface, press the parking brake button, and place a small bucket under each brake oil pipe joint. Wipe clean the oil pipe joint, brake joint, and the area around the hollow bolt, unscrew the brake oil pipe and hollow bolt, remove the brake joint, unscrew the brake air release nozzle, allow all brake fluid to flow out, and clean the brake cylinder oil port.

　　緊固空心螺栓、制動(dòng)器接頭、制動(dòng)器放氣嘴、制動(dòng)油管，向制動(dòng)加力缸油杯內(nèi)加注制動(dòng)液，清洗制動(dòng)管路和元件，再次排放系統(tǒng)中全部制動(dòng)液后，擰緊各管路和接頭，對(duì)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行排氣。

　　Tighten the hollow bolt, brake joint, brake air release nozzle, brake oil pipe, add brake fluid to the brake booster cylinder oil cup, clean the brake pipeline and components, drain all brake fluid from the system again, tighten all pipelines and joints, and exhaust the brake system.
