According to the pavement structure layer and mechanical use, pavement machinery can be divided into four categories: surface construction machinery, base construction machinery, asphalt material processing equipment, and stone aggregate processing equipment. The paver is the "core leader" in road machinery. The paver is mainly used for paving various materials on the base and surface layers of high-grade highways, and is completed by multiple systems such as the walking system, hydraulic system, and material distribution system working together. Its core task is to evenly spread asphalt mixture on the roadbed or pavement base, and carry out shaping and preliminary compaction. The working width of modern pavers ranges from 4.5 meters to 12.5 meters, which can meet the construction requirements of different project scales. The advanced paver is equipped with an intelligent leveling system, which can achieve millimeter level paving accuracy control. The paver must be used in conjunction with asphalt concrete mixing equipment - the mixing equipment produces qualified mixture, which is then converted into a smooth pavement layer by the paver.
壓路機(jī)是路面機(jī)械中的“壓實(shí)主力”。壓路機(jī)以機(jī)械本身的重力作用,對路基、穩(wěn)定土及瀝青混凝土路面層進(jìn)行壓實(shí)作業(yè)。壓實(shí)方式可分為滾壓、振實(shí)和夯實(shí)三種,對應(yīng)的設(shè)備分別為靜壓壓路機(jī)、振動壓路機(jī)和振動平板夯。壓路機(jī)廣泛用于高等級公路、鐵路、機(jī)場跑道、大壩、體育場等大型工程項(xiàng)目的填方壓實(shí)作業(yè)。在瀝青路面施工中,壓路機(jī)需要按照初壓、復(fù)壓、終壓的順序進(jìn)行作業(yè)——初壓用靜壓使混合料穩(wěn)定,復(fù)壓用振動突出達(dá)到設(shè)計壓實(shí)度,終壓用靜壓消除輪跡。不同噸位和類型的壓路機(jī)相互配合,才能保證路面達(dá)到設(shè)計要求的密實(shí)度和平整度。
The road roller is the "main compaction force" in road machinery. The roller compacts the roadbed, stabilized soil, and asphalt concrete pavement layer by the gravity of the machinery itself. The compaction methods can be divided into three types: rolling, vibrating, and compacting, with corresponding equipment being static pressure rollers, vibrating rollers, and vibrating plate compactors. Rollers are widely used for filling and compaction operations in large-scale engineering projects such as high-grade highways, railways, airport runways, dams, and sports stadiums. In asphalt pavement construction, the roller needs to operate in the order of initial compaction, secondary compaction, and final compaction - static pressure is used for initial compaction to stabilize the mixture, vibration compaction is used for secondary compaction to achieve the designed compaction degree, and static pressure is used for final compaction to eliminate wheel marks. The coordination of rollers of different tonnages and types is necessary to ensure that the road surface meets the design requirements for compactness and smoothness.
路面銑刨機(jī)是路面養(yǎng)護(hù)維修中的“外科醫(yī)生”。銑刨機(jī)主要用于瀝青混凝土路面的開挖翻新,也可用于清除路面擁包、油浪、網(wǎng)紋、車轍等缺陷,還可開挖路面坑槽及溝槽。在舊路改造和路面大修工程中,銑刨機(jī)先將破損的舊路面層銑削清除,為重新攤鋪創(chuàng)造條件。
Road milling machine is the "surgeon" in road maintenance and repair.
